I forgot to add that while Brandon was walking in the dark with the police to our guest house, they were discussing how whites take Ugandan children home to use as religious sacrifices! Mandy had told me that some Ugandans believed we were making slaves of them or using them as organ donors, but I guess I didn't really believe that they thought that until now.
Betty was threatened by the police with prosecution for lying, which would be great if it happened, but I doubt it will.
