Sisterly Love?

Jessica continues to warm up to us, but not to her baby brother. He adores her, grinning and trying to get her attention. She won't even look in his direction. The babies are segregated at the orphanage and rarely leave their area, so the other kids are all excited to see him and him to see them. Not Jessica. Hopefully this will improve over time.
